A seasoned product designer and front-end engineer with over 15 years of experience in digital product creation. Specialized in delivering innovative solutions for B2C and B2B projects across diverse industries.

As a designer, I aim to solve challenges with each project and transform them into the most efficient digital solutions possible in their context. I’ve helped startups figure out what they should be building and transform their vision into real products that received millions in funding.

Responsibilities:

Revamp the internal NPS tooling design for the Cisco Developer website to enhance user experience.
Contributed to a new VS Code extension that helped over 20 internal departments improve Cisco’s API quality and consistency, earning Cisco a 2022 CSO50 award for meeting API design principles.
Creating the Cisco DevNet Web UIKits to facilitate collaboration within the design team

Recognized with the “Innovate Everywhere” award by peers for teamwork in designing API Insights VS Code Extension.

My role is to work cross-functionally with technical and 4 creative team members to research, design, develop, build, and push the limits of digital and passenger onboard experiences for our In-house products like SaaS, BIMV, and IoT.

I was responsible for the UX design of the Property Search App+Web, and completed the visual and interactive experience optimization of version 2.1, saving about 10 seconds.
I was promoted to UED Manager after 1 year and led 6 team members to be responsible for the iteration of the product line across the platform, and was responsible for intra-team sharing and training of new staff, and participated in the customized work plan to plan the iteration of the core product features after 2017.

I worked with the product technology team to build a new Web 1.0 front/back office system for our investment products in 3 months, and we also released a WebApp for our WeChat Platform, which has generated over RMB3.9 billion for over 3 million investors.
